We collect information you provide directly including account details, billing information processed by Stripe, compliance data you enter into the platform, and communications with our support team. We also collect technical information automatically including log data, usage data, and device information. We collect only what is necessary to operate and improve the Service.
We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, process payments, send transactional emails, respond to support requests, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your compliance data for any purpose other than providing the Service.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit. We implement TLS/SSL encryption, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, and regular security assessments. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we are committed to industry best practices.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Service — including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and Anthropic (AI features). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days for potential reactivation, then permanently deleted.

The Service uses cookies to maintain your session and remember preferences. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some features may not function properly.
